GENERAL TERMS
Stocko.cc is a pay-per use, rights-protected collection of images, NOT a royalty free database. At Stocko.cc illustration fees are based on one-time rights unless otherwise negotiated. Image usage and royalties will be specified on a per assignment basis. The Stocko.cc artist retains all image copyright rights.

COMMISSIONS
The general terms for commissioned art assignments are as follows:

• Stocko Inc. accepts a 30-day payment term from the date final art is delivered.
• For art assignments that are cancelled past the final linear stage, a fee of 100% of the original agreed upon amount is to be paid.
• For art assignments where linears approved by the client either verbally or in writing and are subsequently cancelled, a 50% kill fee will apply.
• All other cancellation prior to linear art will be charged a 25% kill fee.

PRICING INFORMATION
To request a quote for a custom assignment, please contact us by e-mail or call 416 254 6337. Please note that prices are in USD.

Prices of illustrations are based on image size, image colour and category usage as outlined below. We will provide a price based on your specific use.

CATEGORY USAGE:

1. Web site — non-commercial or commercial use
2. Private use — the image will be used internally within an organization and will not be available to the general public. Includes internal newsletters and business presentations.
3. Non-commercial use — includes academic journals and information leaflets.
4. Commercial use — publications sold, (electronic or print) taking paying advertising, or used in the promotion of a commercial organization.
5. Use for marketing, advertising, merchandise or other purposes that do not fit into any of the above categories.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Stocko accepts Paypal as a payment method. A Paypal invoice will be e-mailed to you and once we receive confirmation from Paypal, your image will be e-mailed to you. Please note once the image has been received, there are no refunds.

Stocko is a Canadian based operation and thus we are responsible to collect and remit the Canadian goods and services tax (GST) on all Canadian orders. Stocko collects 6% GST in all Canadian provinces. There are no sales taxes collected on any orders outside Canada.

DISCLAIMERS
Stocko Inc. takes no responsibility for the content of illustrations, for any use and/or misuse of the illustrations, nor for any outcome, positive or negative, from contact between a client and an artist or artists representative, including, but not limited to, contacts resulting from information provided directly or indirectly by Stocko Inc. Any other use of an artist's illustration or other component of Stocko Inc.'s web pages or portion thereof, including but not limited to placing a reference to an image in a web page such that the image, and not a link to it, is displayed within that web page, without Stocko Inc.'s express written consent is strictly prohibited. In the event that an unauthorized use is discovered, you and/or the company you represent (and, if applicable, your ISP) will be notified and invoiced for an amount deemed appropriate by Stocko Inc. as well as any legal fees incurred globally.

This website and its contents are provided "as is" without warranties or refunds of any kind either express or implied. Stocko Inc. excludes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law any warranty, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties or merchantability, satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose. The functions embodied on, or in the materials of, this website are not warranted to be uninterrupted or without error. You, not Stocko, assume the entire responsibility and/or liability of all ramifications and consequences of your use of this website. Stocko makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, correctness or reliability of this website, or the contents thereof. Stocko Inc. nor its directors, employees, licensors, content providers, affiliates or other representatives will NOT be liable for damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, lost profits, direct, indirect, compensatory, consequential, exemplary, special, incidental, or punitive damages) arising out of your use of, your inability to use, or the performance of this website or the contents thereof, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
